Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days within the U.S. (transit times may vary depending on the carrier and your location).

• Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

 

Returns

We want you to feel completely confident in trying Zknee. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your pillow within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

• Condition: Returned items must be in a clean and re-sellable condition. We try to be as fair and accommodating as possible but reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
