Why use a knee pillow?
By keeping your hips, legs, and spine in proper alignment, a good knee pillow can relieve pressure on your lower back and hips, reduce sciatica discomfort, improve circulation in your legs, prevent and ease varicose veins, minimize strain from osteoarthritis and joint pain, aid in recovery from injuries, and promote a deeper, more restorative sleep. How does the sizing work?
In its current iteration, Zknee is “one size fits most.” If the circumference of your leg (measured about an inch above your knee cap) is between 13 and 22 inches, you should enjoy a comfortable fit without the elastic straps feeling too loose or too tight. If you have any specific sizing concerns, feel free to reach out!
How do I put it on?
Just slide it onto your right or left leg, so the contours of the pillow align with the bend of your knee. Curl into a sleeping position, adjust as needed, and sleep right.
Can I use Zknee if I sleep on my back or stomach?
Yes, absolutely! Zknee is designed to move with you throughout the night. If you shift onto your back or stomach, it stays comfortably in place. That way, whenever you roll back into a side-sleeping position, it’s right there with the support and alignment your body needs. (And yes, even those middle-of-the-night trips to the bathroom… Zknee comes along for the ride.)
Is it comfortable for all body types?
Zknee is designed to fit most body types comfortably. Its high-density memory foam gently contours to your shape, while the soft elastic straps provide a secure but comfortable hold. Whether your frame is petite, athletic, or larger, Zknee adapts to you — providing consistent support, alignment and comfort.
Is Zknee just for sleeping?
Absolutely not! It’s also great for reading, cozy movie nights, recovery, or just lounging.
Materials & Care
What is Zknee made of?
Zknee is crafted from premium viscoelastic memory foam with a density of 58 kg/m³ and an ILD rating of 27. That means it’s weightier, more supportive, and built to hold its shape night after night.
How do I clean it?
The pillowcase is removable and machine washable for easy care. Wash the cover on a gentle, cold cycle (or by hand), and always air dry. Do NOT wash the memory foam core.
How do I take the cover off and put it back on?
Unzip the cover, squeeze the sides of the foam block so it compresses and becomes thinner, then shimmy the cover down the compressed foam (squeezing the foam as the cover’s opening passes by it). To put back on, use the same technique in reverse.
Does the foam have an odor?
Nope! Unlike many foams that can have a chemical smell when new, Zknee’s foam is completely odor-free.

Where do you ship?
We are currently shipping within the United States and Canada only, but hope to expand internationally soon! For further information, please refer to our shipping and returns policy.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on your location and the size of your order. The exact price will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. For orders of two or more Zknee pillows, shipping is free.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! If you just can’t wait to start sleeping better, we offer express shipping for an additional cost. You’ll see the option at checkout, so you can choose the delivery speed that works best for you.
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they’re placed, so unfortunately we can't change/adjust the address of an order due to this reason.
What if I don’t like it?
If Zknee just isn’t for you, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Please refer to our shipping and returns policy for more information.
How do I start a return?
